Satyajeet Singh Appointed Head – HR at Apollo Hospitals

Satyajeet Singh has joined Apollo Hospitals as Head of Human Resources in Rourkela, Odisha, bringing over 16 years of experience in HR and healthcare operations.

In his new role, Satyajeet will handle the full range of HR functions and end-to-end HR operations. He is also listed as Cluster Head HR, with responsibility for HR operations across the cluster.

Extensive Experience

Before joining Apollo Hospitals, Satyajeet worked at Padmini Care in a Strategic HR Business Partner leadership role, handling various HR functions. Earlier, he served as Head of Human Resources at Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital for over two years.

He was previously Head of Human Resources Operations at Bhagwan Mahavir Medica Superspeciality Hospital in Ranchi, where he managed HR for a 300-bed hospital with around 930 employees.

At HCG Hospitals, he worked as Senior Manager – Human Resources Operations, supporting hospital operations in Vadodara and Bharuch.

His earlier experience includes working as Operations Manager at Narendra Mohan Hospital, Human Resources Operations Manager at Techmed Healthcare and Hemalata Hospitals & Research Centre, and Senior Executive – Human Resources at JWO Solutions Limited.

Across these roles, Satyajeet has handled recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee management and end-to-end HR operations in hospitals, healthcare services and other business settings.

He holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, and a Bachelor of Arts degree.
