Ritesh Jha Appointed Head – Talent Acquisition at KPMG India

KPMG India has appointed Ritesh Jha as Head – Talent Acquisition. He brings experience in talent acquisition, technology recruitment, recruitment strategy and HR leadership across banking, financial services, technology and consulting.

In his new role, Ritesh will lead talent acquisition at KPMG India, drawing on his experience in large-scale hiring, recruitment operations and talent management.

Extensive Experience

Before joining KPMG India, Ritesh served as Talent Acquisition Head at Lloyds Bank from October 2025 to September 2026, based in Hyderabad.

Earlier, he worked at Citi India as Senior Vice President – Technology Recruiting, Asia, from June 2023 to October 2025. His responsibilities included technology hiring programmes, recruitment automation, location strategy and assessment processes. He also worked with global stakeholders on hiring delivery, diversity and inclusion, talent branding and recruitment processes.

Before Citi, Ritesh led talent acquisition for India and the Philippines and served as Global TA Head for the BPO business at FIS, managing recruitment strategy and delivery across India, the Philippines and the US.

From May 2018 to September 2021, he was Director – BFSI Practice, Talent Acquisition, at Allegis Global Solutions. His work included scaling recruitment operations, developing talent acquisition capabilities and advising on recruitment automation, digitalisation and employer branding.

At Info Edge India, he served as Head – Talent Acquisition, where he worked on recruitment centres of excellence, early-career and lateral hiring, data science recruitment and executive hiring across technology, product, business and corporate functions.

Earlier, Ritesh held talent acquisition roles at Citi and GE. At Citi, he contributed to establishing a technology centre in India. At GE, he managed recruitment for GE Capital, Treasury, Tax, the SBI Cards joint venture and GE Energy’s oil and gas business in Southeast Asia.

He began his career with organisations including Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and Infosys, working across HR business partnering and recruitment.

Ritesh holds an MBA in Human Resources from Bangalore University, completed between 2003 and 2005.
