Vivek Sapre Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Fibe

Digital lending platform Fibe has appointed Vivek Sapre as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective October 5, 2026.

In his new role, Vivek will lead the company’s people and culture agenda, with a focus on leadership development, talent management and organisational capability.

Extensive Experience

Vivek joins Fibe from Veranda Learning Solutions, where he served as Group CHRO and led people strategy and HR initiatives across the group.

Before Veranda Learning Solutions, he was Head – HR & Corporate Affairs at NeoGrowth Credit, where he handled human resources, learning and development, administration and corporate affairs.

His career also includes roles with EY, L&T Finance, Tata-Hitachi, Mu Sigma and Infosys. He has experience across HR, financial services advisory, product and strategy management, analytics, marketing and technology.

Vivek is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur.

Focus on Leadership and Learning

Commenting on the appointment, Akshay Mehrotra, Managing Director & Group CEO, Fibe, said the company needs to invest in employee upskilling as AI becomes a greater part of the workplace.
