Dr Varun Sachdeva Appointed as CEO – India Business at NLB Services

NLB Services has appointed Dr Varun Sachdeva as Chief Executive Officer – India Business, effective October 2026. He previously served as the company’s APAC Head, leading business development, sales and delivery operations.

In his new role, Varun will focus on the company’s growth across recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), staffing, global capability centres (GCCs) and managed services. His responsibilities include business growth and expanding service capabilities for clients.

Extensive Experience

Varun has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, staffing, recruitment operations, business development and outsourcing services. He has been associated with NLB Services since 2019, serving as APAC Head before taking up his new role.

During his tenure, he has led teams across India and the US, developed digital RPO and HRO services, and expanded recruitment capabilities across sectors.

Before NLB Services, Varun worked at Reqroute, Inc. as Business Leader for talent acquisition, staffing, recruitment and HRO services. He also served as Senior Vice President and Country Head – RPO and MSP at Randstad India, managing recruitment operations, client relationships and business development.

Earlier, he worked at Accenture as Associate Vice President – Global Talent Acquisition, handling global recruitment and outsourcing operations. His previous roles include Vice President – Talent Acquisition at TSI and Deputy General Manager – Talent Acquisition at Amtex Systems.

His experience spans technology recruitment, workforce solutions, client management, recruitment process outsourcing, talent management and business operations.

Dr Varun Sachdeva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Hansraj College. He has also pursued Leadership and Strategic Management at the Jack Welch Management Institute and Inspirational Leadership through Harvard Business School Executive Education.
