Shivinder Singh Buttar Appointed Vice President – HR at Servotech Renewable

Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. has appointed Shivinder Singh Buttar as Vice President of Human Resources.

In his new role, he will lead the HR function across the company’s group entities, focusing on talent development, organisational effectiveness and workforce development.

Extensive Experience

Shivinder brings nearly 20 years of experience across renewable energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, consumer durables and telecommunications. During his career, he has held key positions at organisations including INA Solar, Sterlite Technologies, Volkswagen, Škoda Auto, Piramal Healthcare and Videocon Industries.

He holds a PGDM in HR and Operations Management from ITM Group of Institutions and has completed an Executive Development Programme in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.

His areas of expertise include talent management, business transformation, setting up HR functions for new projects and aligning HR practices with business objectives.
