Dabur Research Foundation Appoints Priyanka Gaur as Head – HR

Dabur Research Foundation (DRF) has appointed Priyanka Gaur as its new Head of Human Resources.

Based in Ghaziabad, she assumed the role in June 2026 and will lead the organization’s people strategy, talent management, culture-building, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Extensive Experience

Priyanka brings more than 24 years of professional experience spanning human resources, business development, sales, leadership development, and executive search.

Her diverse background gives her a unique perspective on aligning talent strategies with business objectives and driving organizational growth.

Prior to joining DRF, Priyanka served as Associate Partner at FyneHand, where she advised organizations on leadership hiring and talent strategy.

Earlier, she was Client Partner at NGS Global, a global executive search firm, working with Indian and international clients on executive recruitment, leadership assessment, and team development.

Priyanka also spent over four years with Reliance Entertainment as General Manager – Strategic Alliances and Sales, leading the North region with full profit-and-loss responsibility and managing key client partnerships.

Before that, she headed Human Resources at Proterial, where she led talent acquisition, leadership development, and digital transformation initiatives.

Over the course of her career, Priyanka has held HR and leadership roles at Escorts Kubota, NDTV, Hindustan Times, and JLL.

She also founded and led her own consulting practice, advising organizations on talent management, organizational transformation, and leadership hiring.
