Nagarro Appoints Prateek Aggarwal as Chief Financial Officer

Nagarro SE has appointed Prateek Aggarwal as its new Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Management Board, starting May 1, 2026.

His first term will run for three years. The company has also set up a dedicated CFO role to support its global growth, improve governance, and build stronger ties with international investors.

Extensive Experience

Prateek brings more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership in the tech and IT services space. He has worked with global public companies across many countries. His background includes financial management, operations, and investor relations.

Most recently, he held a senior role at RPSG Group. Before that, he was CFO at HCLTech and Hexaware Technologies, where he led global finance teams and supported major business changes.

Christian Bacherl said that Prateek Aggarwal’s experience in global tech services and his ability to strengthen finance teams will help improve financial discipline and governance at the company.

Manas Human, co-founder and CEO of Nagarro, said the appointment is important as the company moves forward with its plans. He added that Aggarwal will work closely with leadership to support long-term growth and value for shareholders.
