GlobalLogic Appoints Kavitha Ramaiah as Director – People Development

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, has named Kavitha Ramaiah as Head Director – People Development.

In her new role, she will lead key people programs. Her work will focus on building skills for the future, growing leadership talent, and supporting a strong learning culture across the company.

Extensive Experience

Ramaiah has close to 20 years of experience in human resources. She has worked in HR leadership, business support, and talent management.

Before joining GlobalLogic, she spent more than seven years at Aspen Technology. Her last role there was Senior Human Resources Manager, where she handled HR programs in a hybrid work setup and worked on people strategy and team performance.

Before that, she worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Strategic HR Business Partner. She supported a large IT group with over 3,500 employees. Her work included performance reviews, pay planning, promotions, and employee engagement.

Earlier in her career, she worked with Headstrong as Senior Executive – HR and started her career at Genisys Software as an HR Executive.
