Deloitte Appoints Arun Kumar as Vice President – Talent Acquisition

Deloitte in India has appointed Arun Kumar as Vice President – Talent Acquisition to strengthen hiring and workforce planning initiatives across the country.

Based in Bengaluru, Arun will lead talent acquisition programs supporting Deloitte’s expanding consulting, technology, and advisory businesses, focusing on strategic recruitment, employer branding, and building a strong future-ready workforce.

Extensive Experience

Arun brings more than 25 years of experience in recruitment strategy, hiring operations, and workforce services.

Before joining Deloitte, he worked at Magnit as Vice President – Client Services and Site Head for Bengaluru. There, he led client delivery and workforce service teams. He also spent a short time at Zinnov as Director – Talent Acquisition, where he supported hiring for engineering and product management roles for a new client office in Bengaluru.

Earlier, Arun worked at Randstad Enterprise as Head – RPO/MSP Operations India. In that role, he managed recruitment process outsourcing and managed services for global clients. Before that, he was Vice President and Lead – Talent Acquisition (Technology) at Standard Chartered Bank, where he handled large technology hiring programs.

Earlier in his career, Arun held leadership roles at Resource Solutions, EXL, and FIS. During this time, he built strong experience in recruitment operations and talent management.

He holds a postgraduate qualification in Marketing from the All India Management Association and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi.
