Abbott elevates Roshan Shetty as Director- Human Resources

A global healthcare leader, Abbott has announced the elevation of Roshan Shetty as Director- Human Resources

Roshan Shetty has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as HR Director at Abbott!”

Roshan Shetty has over 16 years of experience in the HR domain. He is associated with Abbott for over 8 years and lead various leadership roles.

Prior to Abbott, Roshan was associated with Idea Cellular Ltd as Senior Manager – Organization Development In-charge. In this role, he was responsible for the pan India role as Organization Development In-charge. He was responsible to lead the conceptualization and execution of pan-India OD interventions such as the Internal HR branding campaign and running a pan-India ‘Employee Week’ engagement program.

Previously, Roshan was associated with Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt Ltd. He was responsible cross-Business/Functional Traineeship Stints in different locations including a Manufacturing Plant.

Roshan holds his masters in business management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). He completed his bachelor’s from Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College.
