ADM ropes in Bata India’s Saurabh Katyal as Head HR, India

A premier global human and animal nutrition company, ADM has appointed Saurabh Katyal as Head- HR, ADM in India.

He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head HR India at ADM!”

Saurabh has over 16 years of HR Leadership experience in various roles in HR such as HRBP, Talent Management, L&OD, HR analytics, Manpower Budgeting, and Compensation & Benefits across three industries – FMCG, Manufacturing & Retail.

Prior to ADM, he was associated with Bata India Limited as Head- Corporate Human Resources. In this role, he was Leading end-to-end HR for Bata India Employees in Corporate HQ.

His earlier stints include working with GSK Consumer Healthcare India as General Manager – Rewards & HR Services and Bharti Airtel as Sr. Manager Compensation & Benefits. He started working with Mahindra & Mahindra where he was Manager HR – Sales & Marketing.

Saurabh holds his MBA-HR from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and completed his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from JSS Academy.
