Bank of America elevates Vivek Menon as VP – Talent Acquisition

Bank of America, one of the world’s largest financial institutions has promoted Vivek Menon to Vice President – Talent Acquisition, effective February 2026.

In this role, he will support hiring across India for finance, capital markets, and global operations, while strengthening the employer brand, leadership pipeline, and long-term hiring plans in India.

Expertise and Extensive Experience

Vivek has more than 15 years of experience in hiring, workforce planning, and leadership recruitment within large organizations. He has been with Bank of America for over six and a half years.

Before elevation, most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President – Recruitment, where he led hiring for Finance and Capital Markets and oversaw campus hiring for Operations and Finance. In this role, he worked closely with business leaders to build strong teams while improving process efficiency, governance, and the candidate experience.

Earlier, he was Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Bank of America. He managed hiring for Finance, Global Markets, and Procurement in India. His work included market research, talent insights, and sourcing methods that matched changing business needs.

Before joining Bank of America, Vivek spent more than eight years at Genpact. There, he moved through several leadership roles in recruitment, managed large teams across locations, and handled bulk and lateral hiring across India.

He also delivered hiring projects in the US, UK, and the Philippines. At the start of his career, he worked at NIIT Limited as a Voice and Accent Trainer.
