Dassault Reliance Aerospace Appoints Mamita Bhattacharjee as GM – HR & Admin
Dassault Reliance Aerospace Ltd (DRAL) has named Mamita Bhattacharjee as General Manager – HR & Administration, effective February 2026.
She will be based at the company’s Nagpur manufacturing plant in Maharashtra and will oversee people management, administration, and compliance as the company grows its aerospace manufacturing operations in India.
Extensive Experience and Expertise
Mamita has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across aerospace engineering, technology, electronics, and global manufacturing firms.
Before joining DRAL, she was Head – HR, Administration & HR Marketing (India) at Sonovision Aetos – Ortec Group. There, she worked closely with business leaders, managed teams across locations, introduced OKR-based performance systems, improved retention and hiring outcomes, and maintained a strong compliance record.
Earlier, she served as HR Head – India at Scaledge Technology, where she built the HR function from scratch and supported fast growth across multiple sites.
She has also held senior HR roles at Delta Electronics and PMC-Sierra (now Microchip Technology), supporting large workforce growth and cross-border integration.
An alumna of IIM Calcutta and XLRI Delhi-NCR, Mamita is known for her strong background in labor compliance, organization design, performance systems, culture building, and data-based HR practices.
