Deloitte Elevates Santhosh Iyer as Vice President– Talent Acquisition

Deloitte has elevated Santhosh Iyer to Vice President – Talent Acquisition (Enterprise Solutions), strengthening its leadership in global hiring and workforce planning.

Based in Hyderabad, Iyer will continue to lead experienced hiring for Tax Technology and Compliance services across the US and other global markets, supporting Deloitte’s growing enterprise solutions business.

Since joining Deloitte in 2011, Iyer has held several leadership roles within talent acquisition and continues to play a key role in shaping the firm’s global hiring strategy.

Extensive Experience

With more than 20 years of experience across IT and non-IT recruitment, Iyer is a seasoned talent acquisition professional. He has built hiring strategies that scale, developed strong recruitment teams, and applied technology to improve hiring efficiency.

In his current role, he manages the complete recruiting process, including workforce planning, alignment with business leaders, and execution. He works closely with senior stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and the US.

Iyer has also played an important role in advancing Deloitte’s talent analytics efforts. His focus on data has supported the rollout of analytics tools that help leaders make clear, fact-based hiring decisions. In addition, he has led Talent Market Intelligence programs focused on critical skills, helping the firm support business growth and expansion into new locations.

An alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB) and MIT Sloan School of Management, Iyer has built strong capabilities in applied business analytics and digital change.

Earlier in his career, he earned Six Sigma certification from Cummins, Inc. after leading a manpower planning project at KPIT Cummins. He also contributed to bench management and workforce reskilling initiatives.
