FLAME University appoints Ashish Mittal as Director – HR

The pioneer of liberal education in India, FLAME University has appointed Ashish Mittal as Director – HR.

He boasts 25 years of progressive Global Work Experience encompassing Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, Change Management & OD, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion spanning across CSR, IT, ITeS & Education Industry.

Before joining FLAME University, Ashish served as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology.

His roles include serving as Head of PR & HR at The Akshaya Patra Foundation, Lead – Business Partner HR at Infosys (overseeing a Unit of 2000+ employees), Head – HR at Manipal International University, Malaysia, and General Manager & Head of HR at Shiv Nadar University (a part of HCL Technologies).

Ashish is a certified Competency Based Interviewer (CBI), Global Certified Psychometric Test Professional (GCPTP), and a Certified HR Auditor, Open University, Malaysia.

He holds Master’s in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) from Christ University, Bangalore.
