COGENT Infotech Appoints Anita Rai as Head – Human Resources

COGENT Infotech has appointed Anita Rai as Head – Human Resources, effective from February 2026, to strengthen the company’s HR strategy.
In her new role, Anita will focus on aligning human resources strategies with the company’s evolving business objectives while enhancing employee experience, organizational culture, and workforce engagement.
She will also work closely with leadership teams to build robust talent pipelines, strengthen performance management frameworks, and implement modern HR practices that support the organization’s growth ambitions.
Extensive Experience
Prior to joining COGENT Infotech, Anita spent nearly 15 years with Artech L.L.C., where she held multiple HR leadership positions, most recently serving as Assistant General Manager – HR.
During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in driving key HR initiatives, including talent management, compensation and benefits strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning.
She also led the implementation of Oracle HCM as a project manager, overseeing the transition from the existing HRMS to multiple HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, and Talent Management.
In this capacity, she partnered with Deloitte to successfully deliver the project within defined timelines and budgets.
Earlier in her career, Anita worked as Senior Executive – HR at vCustomer International Pvt. Ltd., where she contributed to HR operations, employee relations, and compliance initiatives.
