Granules India Appoints Vinodkumar Parur as Chief HR Officer

Granules India has appointed Vinodkumar Parur as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective 17 November 2025, following the resignation of outgoing CHRO Atul Dhavle.

Atul Dhavle, who stepped down on 16 November, will continue serving through his notice period to support a smooth leadership transition.

Vinodkumar will also be part of the company’s senior management team.

A Seasoned HR Leader With Cross-Sector Expertise

He has more than two decades of work experience and has worked with multifaceted industries like infrastructure, pharma, engineering, and manufacturing companies.

His functional core competencies are in the areas of strategic human resources planning, talent management and development, performance management, leadership development, training & development, assessment & certification, employee relations, and EH&S Management.

Before joining Granules India, he served as CHRO at RR Kabel Limited and Nilkamal Limited, and held senior HR roles at A.T.E. Group and Schindler India.

He holds a master’s degree in management studies (HR) from PIMSR, Mumbai University, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce and economics from NMIMS, Mumbai University.

Parur is also certified across multiple HR assessment and training programmes and serves on advisory and academic boards.
