Tilaknagar Industries Ropes in Ina Bajwa as Chief People Officer from Landmark Group

Tilaknagar Industries, a leading Indian-made foreign liquor manufacturer, has appointed Ina Bajwa as Chief People Officer, effective March 2026.

In this role, she will lead the company’s people and culture agenda across India. She will focus on leadership growth, talent planning, and improving employee performance across the business.

Extensive Experience

Ina brings more than two decades of experience in human resources and talent strategy. Before joining Tilaknagar Industries, she worked with Landmark Group in Dubai as Group Head of Talent and Engagement for retail.

There, she worked on CEO and senior leader succession plans for nine brands across Middle East markets. Her work also focused on building a strong leadership bench and supporting employee engagement and results.

Earlier, Ina held several senior roles within the Tata Group. She served as Chief Talent Officer at Tata Digital and later as Chief Human Resources Officer at 1mg. She also spent many years at Tata Communications, where she led global HR for technology, digital teams, and learning and development programs.

Her career also includes leadership roles at HSBC, where she worked on talent management and strategic hiring. She also spent time with Boston Consulting Group as HR Business Partner and earlier began her HR career with Essar.

She holds a PGDM in Human Resources from K J Somaiya Institute of Management in Mumbai and also completed the Tata Group Strategic Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in 2022.
