Samsara Group Appoints Dharmendra Saxena as CEO

Samsara Group, part of the Sharaf Group, has appointed Dharmendra Saxena as its Chief Executive Officer.

He will be based in Mumbai and will lead the company’s next stage of growth in logistics and global trade. In this role, he will focus on expanding trade routes, building logistics services, improving digital systems, and managing large infrastructure projects.

Extensive Experience

Dharmendra brings close to 30 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and infrastructure. Before joining Samsara Group, he was Global Director General at Arise Ports & Logistics. In that role, he led large infrastructure projects across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

He also worked at Samsung SDS as Country Head and Director. There, he managed business operations, digital systems, and logistics work across India and Dubai. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Arshiya Limited and Gateway Distriparks Limited, where he helped build logistics infrastructure and business partnerships.

Dharmendra started his career with companies like LG Electronics, Gillette India, and Dell Technologies. He gained strong experience in procurement, supply chain planning, and global trade.

Dharmendra holds an MBA in International Business from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Institution of Engineers (India).
