Gurneet Kalra joins OGS as Director – People & Culture

Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) appoints Gurneet Kalra as Director – People & Culture, marking a significant addition to its leadership team.
In this pivotal role, she will spearhead Employee Experience, Total Rewards & Performance Management, and Employee Relations, while strengthening people practices across the organisation.
Her mandate focuses on fostering a culture rooted in high performance, employee engagement, and continuous learning, aligned with the tech-enabled Global Capability Centre (GCC) vision of Omnicom Group.
Extensive Experience
Gurneet is a strategic HR professional with over two decades of experience in diverse industries – ITeS/Business Services/Education Management/Start-up/Infrastructure/Edtech & Sports.
Prior to her current role, she served as Director – People & Culture at Annalect India, where she played a key role in talent transformation and organisational development.
She has also contributed academically as a Visiting Faculty at ICFAI Business School, enabling future professionals with practical HR insights.
Her consulting expertise was strengthened during her time as Senior Consultant at Growth Partners People Consulting, supporting organisations through talent strategy initiatives.
Her leadership journey features notable stints as Head – Human Resources at Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Conscient Group, in addition to serving as Head – Talent Acquisition at Xperiential Learning Systems.
A major foundation of her expertise was built during her decade-long tenure at Genpact as Manager, where she handled key people programs and talent development.
Her robust experience across HR strategy, workforce capabilities, performance frameworks, and cultural transformation equips her strongly to elevate the employee value proposition at Omnicom Global Solutions.
