HCL Technologies appoints Rubal Dutta as Associate Director – HR

Information Technology Services and Consulting company HCL Technologies has appointed Rubal Dutta as Associate Director- Human Resources.

Rubal has over 14 years of experience, spanning his career he has been associated with industries such as information technology and KPO / BPO in the areas of compensation & benefits with expertise in designing, implementing, and executing processes/policy, and employee communication.

Prior to HCL, Rubal was working as Assistant Vice President- Compensation & Benefits with Bank of America. He was leading and supporting the major program like – LTI (Long term Incentive) & Compensation budgets and planning, Market Pricing & Job evaluation.

He was looking into People / Employees in scope as a Compensation Consultant for business comprising of technology, operations, and deep domain areas ~7000.

Previously his association has been with the leading organizations such as IBM as Global Compensation Program Manager for the over 7 years and Genpact as Process Developer.

Rubal holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from SCDL Pune.
