Sandeep Kumar brings a rich and diverse HR leadership career spanning global corporations, consumer tech brands, and high-growth startups.
Prior to joining HouseEazy, he held key roles at Otipy, WhiteHat Jr, Majid Al Futtaim, ShopClues, Videocon Telecommunications Ltd, Tech Mahindra, EXL, and TTEC.
His expertise includes HR digitisation, workforce scalability, culture transformation, and strategic talent management across India and international markets.
Alongside corporate roles, Sandeep has contributed as an HR Transformation Advisor and angel investor, guiding emerging startups in building robust HR foundations.
He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a B.Com degree from RD & DJ College, Munger.
His mentoring and volunteering work further highlight his commitment to shaping next-generation HR practices.
