Lotus Herbals Appoints Avantika Tripathi as Head – HR

Lotus Herbals Pvt. Limited, India’s leading natural cosmetics company, appoints Avantika Tripathi as Head – Human Resources to strengthen its leadership team.

At Lotus Herbals, Avantika will lead the company’s people and culture agenda across its businesses. Her focus will include inclusive growth, digital HR practices, and building a positive work culture. She will also help shape a workforce that supports the company’s long-term plans.

Extensive Experience

Avantika brings close to 15 years of HR experience across the beverage, beauty, and personal care sectors. Before this, she worked at Hindustan Unilever Limited as Country Supply Chain HR Business Partner.

She was part of the regional HR leadership team and helped lead the people side of the Ice Cream business split, major company changes, and employee relations for factory units.

Her career shows strong skills in hiring, employer branding, HR partnering, Sales HR, culture building, change management, diversity and inclusion, and digital HR systems.

Previously, she has also held senior HR roles at United Breweries Ltd. and Bisleri International Pvt Ltd. In these roles, she led key HR projects such as workforce changes, restructuring, and M&A integration, while building strong teams.

Avantika holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Cosmic Business School.
