XBP Global Appoints Acquelia Colaco as Chief HR Officer
XBP Global, a leading global technology and services company, has appointed Acquelia Colaco as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), starting March 2026.
She will be based in Pune, India and will lead the company’s global HR efforts, focusing on hiring, leadership growth, and building a strong workforce for the future.
In her new role, Colaco will support the company’s teams as it expands across markets and helps clients with digital changes.
Extensive Experience
Colaco has over 20 years of HR experience. Before joining XBP Global, she worked at Tesco Business Solutions, where she was Head of Colleague Experience.
She led work in leadership programs, people services, and employee engagement, and worked closely with senior leaders. She also served as an HR leader and business partner across areas like property, product, finance, analytics, and solution design.
Earlier, she spent more than six years at Infosys, where she held senior HR roles, including Senior Unit Manager – BPHR. She also worked at IBM Global Process Services and RNDsoft, gaining strong experience in HR operations and business support.
She holds a Master Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
She also earned an MBA in Human Resources and Hotel Management from Avinashilingam University for Women.
