Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) has appointed Ghanashyam Hegdekatte as its new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective October 14, 2025.

Prior to this role, Ghanashyam served as Head – Organization Effectiveness for Mahindra’s Automotive and Farm Sectors.
In this capacity, he led initiatives focused on integrated talent strategies, leadership development, and inclusion.
His work was instrumental in aligning HR practices with Mahindra’s broader transformation agenda, helping the group navigate evolving business needs while maintaining a strong cultural foundation.
Ghanashyam’s journey within the Mahindra Group includes several impactful leadership roles across HR Business Partnering and Centers of Expertise.
