Tech Mahindra Appoints Aditi as Strategic People Partner- BHR

Tech Mahindra, a leading global provider of digital transformation, consulting, and business re-engineering services, has appointed Aditi Bhardwaj as its Strategic People Partner for Business Human Resources (BHR).

This appointment, effective early January 2026, marks a significant step in the company’s “Nxt.Now” framework, aimed at fostering a robust leadership pipeline to manage its evolving global workforce.

Aditi Bhardwaj’s Professional Journey and Educational Qualifications

Aditi Bhardwaj brings a high-octane professional pedigree to Tech Mahindra, characterized by a steady ascent through specialized HR domains.

Prior to joining the tech major, she served as a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr HRBP) at CorroHealth, where she was recognized for managing complex employee relations and organizational design.

Her tenure as an HRBP at Flipkart, India’s leading e-commerce player, further sharpened her ability to manage large-scale, high-velocity talent requirements.

Additionally, her experience as a Talent Research Partner at NLB Services provided her with deep insights into data-driven recruitment and market intelligence.

Aditi’s career foundation was laid at Vhire Tech Solution, where she rose from the position of Senior HR Generalist to Deputy Manager of Human Resource Management, gaining holistic exposure to the entire “hire-to-retire” lifecycle.

Her distinguished academic trajectory combines a solid foundation in commerce with specialized post-graduate training from India’s premier institutes.

She earned her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Lucknow University, which instilled in her the core financial and business fundamentals.

Following this, she sought high-level executive training at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore, where she completed a Certificate in General Management and Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.

She further specialized in HR Analytics through a PGDM from the MIT School of Business.
