Uno Minda Elevates Amrita Singh as Head- Human Resources
Uno Minda has elevated senior HR leader Amrita Singh as Head of Human Resources (Business HR Head – Uno Mindarika Private Limited) from her most recent role as Head of HR -Infotainment (JV).
In her new role, Amrita will steer Uno Minda’s enterprise-wide HR strategy with a focused mandate on talent development, leadership strengthening, workforce capability building and future-readiness.
She will be central to driving initiatives that align people capability with business expansion plans as the group deepens its presence in the mobility market.
The appointment comes at a time when the automotive components and mobility sector is witnessing rapid technological transformation, demanding sharper workforce strategies and agile people systems.
Proven HR Leader With Diverse Industry Experience
She brings two decades of extensive HR and employee relations experience across diverse sectors and geographies. A strategic HR leader, she focuses on building value-driven, diverse and inclusive workplaces.
She holds the SHRM-SCP credential and has completed an Executive Programme in Strategic HRM from IIM Ahmedabad, strengthening her expertise in modern HR frameworks.
A seasoned people leader, she aligns the HR agenda with organisational strategy, partnering with leadership to enhance processes, policies and systems.
Having led talent acquisition, organisation development, learning and development and people practices, she is passionate about driving innovation and empowering employees to achieve their full potential.
Her broader career spans senior HR roles at IT By Design, Genpact, Arvind Limited, Rapid Metro Rail Gurgaon Limited and the GMR Group, where she managed diverse people challenges and contributed to transformation initiatives across IT, manufacturing, textiles, infrastructure and mobility.
