Xpheno Appoints Pallavi Nanduru as Hyderabad Center Head

Specialist staffing firm Xpheno has appointed Pallavi Nanduru as Hyderabad Center Head to drive Executive Search growth in India’s fast-growing GCC ecosystem. Effective February 12, 2025.

The move aims to strengthen the company’s executive search services and expand its presence in India’s fast-growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) market.

Pallavi will lead Xpheno’s Hyderabad operations with a strong focus on CXO hiring for GCCs. She will also build partnerships to support the rising demand for senior leaders in the region.

Focus on Hyderabad’s GCC Growth

Kamal Karanth, Co-founder of Xpheno, spoke about the appointment. “In executive search, it is hard to overlook talent like Pallavi and her drive. Her base in Hyderabad adds clear value for us, especially as more than 35 new greenfield GCCs set up in the city last year. Having a senior leader on the ground gives us an edge, and Pallavi will strengthen our executive search work across Telangana.”

Francis Padamadan, CEO-designate of Xpheno, said the steady shift of leadership roles to Hyderabad and the rise in large RPO projects linked to GCC growth require strong local leadership. He added that Pallavi’s experience and market standing match the company’s growth plans.

Over 20 Years of Executive Hiring Experience

Pallavi brings more than 20 years of experience in CXO hiring across global markets, with a strong focus on IT and services. She has led several international searches and placed senior leaders from GCCs and consulting firms into IT services companies.

She has held leadership roles at Genpact, TritonExec, Times Group, and Mahindra Satyam. She is known for building strong teams and delivering consistent results in leadership hiring.
