HAL Opens Internship (Apprenticeship) Opportunities for 2026

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has released its official notification for the Internship/Apprenticeship Programme 2026, inviting applications from fresh graduates and diploma holders.
The programme offers a valuable opportunity for young professionals to gain hands-on experience in India’s leading aerospace and defence public sector enterprise.
Programme Overview
The apprenticeship is conducted under the Apprentices Act, 1961, with a training duration of one year.
During this period, selected candidates will be exposed to real-time industrial processes, advanced technologies, and professional work environments across HAL’s divisions.
The initiative aims to bridge the gap between theoretical education and practical industry requirements, especially in high-skill sectors like aerospace and engineering.

Applicants must meet specific academic and experience-related requirements to be considered for the programme.
The opportunity is primarily designed for freshers who are looking to build their careers through structured industry exposure and skill development.
- Candidates must have completed BE/BTech, Diploma, or graduation (BA, BCom, BBA, etc.) from a recognised institution
- Applicants should have passed their qualifying examination on or after 1 April 2021
- Candidates must have less than one year of work experience
- Registration on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal is mandatory before attending the selection process
Disciplines & Stipend
