AICTE and CodeMore have announced a two-month Linux Administrator & AWS Cloud Internship, offering aspiring technology professionals an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Linux system administration and cloud computing.

The full-time internship is open to candidates across India and is scheduled to begin immediately. Interested applicants can submit their applications until May 20, 2026.

The program aims to equip participants with practical skills in managing Linux servers and understanding the fundamentals of cloud infrastructure.

With the rapid adoption of cloud technologies across industries, such internships are increasingly becoming an important pathway for students and early-career professionals to build relevant technical expertise.

Hands-On Training in Linux and Cloud Infrastructure

During the internship, participants will learn key aspects of Linux server management, including command-line operations, user and permission management, shell scripting, system monitoring, and security best practices.

The training will also introduce interns to cloud computing using Amazon Web Services (AWS), with exposure to services such as launching and managing EC2 instances, configuring S3 storage, and setting up virtual networks.

The program is designed to simulate real-world scenarios where interns will work on tasks related to server setup, cloud deployment, automation basics, and troubleshooting.

This practical exposure is expected to help participants build a strong foundation for careers in DevOps, cloud engineering, and system administration.

Learning Experience and Certification

Although the internship does not offer a monthly stipend, it provides several learning benefits, including mentorship from experienced cloud and system administration professionals.

Participants will also gain hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure management and develop project-based portfolios showcasing their technical skills.

Upon successful completion of the internship, interns will receive an industry-recognized digital certificate. Additionally, top performers may receive exclusive technology goodies in recognition of their performance.

The program currently has two openings and is open to candidates from any academic background who possess relevant skills and a strong interest in Linux and cloud technologies.

Interested candidates can visit AICTE Internship Portal and apply.
