AkzoNobel Elevates Neha Kalia as Country HR Manager – India
AkzoNobel, the Dutch multinational known for manufacturing paints and performance coatings for consumers and industries, has promoted Neha Kalia as Country HR Manager for India.
She has been with the company since 2021, and before her elevation, she was working as HR Lead GBS, IT and Finance.
Extensive Experience and Background
Neha brings nearly two decades of extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Championing Gender Diversity, Campus Hiring, HR Business Partnering, and HR operations.
Prior to AkzoNobel, she has worked with DuPont, Avery Dennison, Aircel Ltd, and Paridhy Staffing & Consulting, primarily leading Talent Acquisition functions.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
Her recent role at AkzoNobel involved HR business partnering for GBS, IT, and Finance functions since May 2024. Before that, from May 2021 to May 2024, she was the Head of Talent Acquisition, Campus Strategy, and Employer Branding for India and the subcontinent.
Neha has a proven track record in leading recruitment metrics, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee referral programs, and campus hiring strategies that align with business needs. She has also been instrumental in driving HR analytics and ATS migration projects in her previous roles.
