With an accomplished career spanning over two decades, Shashank Bhushan brings deep expertise in global HR strategy, culture building, and enterprise transformation. He has held impactful leadership roles at IBM, BMC Software, ITC Infotech, and BPL Ltd, contributing across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Shashank describes himself as a global HR and culture leader with a business-first mindset—designing scalable, people-centric strategies aligned with organizational growth. His work has centered on purpose-driven transformation, leading teams in high-growth, engineering-led environments where agility, speed, and complexity are paramount.
Known for translating vision into measurable outcomes, he leverages data, digital tools, and agile frameworks to build high-performing cultures. His expertise spans HR business partnering, talent acquisition, workforce analytics, succession planning, transformation, and leadership development.
He has collaborated closely with C-suite leaders to drive impactful people strategies and is also a recognized speaker in HR forums. Bhushan has received multiple Recognition of Outstanding Contributions (RoC) awards for leadership excellence and social impact.
Before joining Amagi, Shashank served as Chief Consultant – CHRO at The Talent Architects, further honing his advisory and transformation capabilities.
He holds an M.S.W. in Human Resources from the Institute of Social Sciences, Agra.
