VLCC Appoints Geetika Hans as Chief Human Resources Officer

VLCC, a leading wellness and beauty brand, has appointed Geetika Hans as its Chief Human Resources Officer.

In this role, she will lead the company’s people and culture plans as it enters its next phase of growth. Her focus will be on building strong teams, improving workplace culture, and ensuring the right talent is in place.

The move comes at a key time as VLCC expands across regions and service formats. The company needs teams that can adapt and perform well, and Geetika’s experience makes her well-suited to support this need and drive business growth.

Extensive Experience

She brings more than 18 years of experience in building strong teams and supporting business growth in fast-moving organizations.

Before joining VLCC, Geetika worked at MPS Limited as Chief People Officer. There, she led people strategy for a global team of more than 3,000 employees. She worked on hiring, employee growth, and shaping company culture.

Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at OYO and Accenture. In these roles, she worked closely with business leaders on talent planning and managing large organizational changes.
