Foodlink F&B Holdings India Appoints Sandipa as Chief HR Officer

Foodlink F&B Holdings India Ltd. has appointed Sandipa Chandorkar as its Chief People & Culture Officer.

In this role, Sandipa will lead the People & Culture team across the company’s catering, banquet, and restaurant businesses.

She will work closely with the founder and senior team to support company growth, improve internal systems, and align leadership plans as the business expands.

Strong HR Background

Sandipa is a senior HR leader with over 20 years of experience in human resources. She focuses on HR planning, hiring, close work with business teams, and managing change across organizations. Her experience also includes performance systems, pay structures, succession planning, and employee policies.

Before joining Foodlink, Sandipa was Head of HR at KFC under Sapphire Foods India Limited. In that role, she set up HR systems and supported the company’s growth.

She also spent close to six years at Burger King India as an HR Business Partner. There, she handled hiring plans, leadership development, and workforce needs during an important growth period.

Earlier, she led HR teams at Richfeel Health and Beauty and JJ Hotels and Resorts. Her work covered HR planning, employee programs, and company development efforts.

She began her career at Team Global Logistic Pvt Ltd and Aspri Spirits Pvt Ltd, where she built a strong base in HR.

Sandipa holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Technology and Management.
