Sterlite Electric Appoints Archana Srivastava as CHRO

Sterlite Electric appoints Archana Srivastava as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective March 2026.

In her new role, she will lead the company’s global HR strategy, focusing on building a high-performance culture, strengthening talent pipelines, and driving organizational transformation aligned with business growth.

Extensive Experience

Archana brings close to two decades of experience in human resources, with deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development.

Prior to joining Sterlite Electric, she served as Head HR, India at TE Connectivity, where she led HR operations for the Transport Solutions business across multiple locations and a workforce of nearly 4,000 employees.

She played a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while driving engagement, inclusion, and leadership development initiatives.

Her earlier stints include leadership roles at Vitesco Technologies and Continental, where she led large-scale HR transformation initiatives, strategic workforce planning, and employee engagement programs.

At Continental, she was instrumental in strengthening organizational capability, leading leadership development frameworks, and managing industrial relations effectively.

Archana has also worked with Kalyani Steels Limited, Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, VA Tech Wabag Ltd., and Thermax Limited, gaining comprehensive exposure across compensation and benefits, performance management, HR automation, and HR systems implementation.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the University of Pune and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Purvanchal University.
