ANAND Group Names Manoj Sharma as SVP– Group HR, Automotive
ANAND Group has appointed Manoj Sharma as Senior Vice President – Group Human Resources at ANAND Automotive Pvt. Ltd.
The appointment strengthens the Group’s leadership team as it continues to focus on building a future-ready, people-centric organization aligned with its long-term growth ambitions.
In his new role, Manoj Sharma will lead the Group HR function, driving strategic people initiatives across talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, industrial relations, and culture transformation.
His mandate includes fostering a high-performance, employee-oriented culture that supports both business growth and employee development across ANAND Group’s diverse automotive businesses.
Extensive Experience
Before joining ANAND Automotive Pvt. Ltd., Manoj Sharma was associated with MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems Private Limited, a leading Indian automotive supplier.
The company is a joint venture between Germany’s MAHLE and India’s ANAND Group, where he played a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance, employee-centric culture that supported organizational and people growth.
Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership roles with reputed organizations, including Gabriel India Limited, Takata Corporation, Spicer India Ltd., Behr, and ANAND Automotive Systems, gaining rich exposure across manufacturing, automotive systems, and multinational environments.
His experience spans end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, change management, and capability building.
Manoj Sharma holds a Master’s in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
