Anita Bhat-Zutshi joins Wipro Enterprises as Chief Financial Officer

Wipro Enterprises has announced the appointment of Anita Bhat-Zutshi as its new Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its leadership team at a time of transformational growth.

As Wipro Enterprises continues to build strong, purpose-led businesses across Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting and Wipro Infrastructure Engineering (WIN), Anita will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, enhancing governance, leading mergers and acquisitions, and enabling long-term value creation.

Extensive Experience

With over three decades of global experience, Anita brings a distinguished track record in financial leadership and enterprise-wide transformation.

She joins Wipro Enterprises from Unilever, where she spent close to 27 years across multiple geographies and businesses. Most recently, she served as Global CFO of Unilever’s €8 billion Ice Cream business, where she led large-scale financial transformation, portfolio strategy, and performance management at scale.

Anita began her career with Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) in 1995 and went on to create history in 2014 by becoming the company’s first woman Vice President – Finance.

Over the years, she has also worked with organizations such as AstraZeneca and ACT Fibernet, building deep expertise across FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and technology-led businesses.

Recognized as a strategic, people-centric finance leader, Anita is known for driving disciplined growth, strengthening financial resilience, and building diverse, high-performing teams. Her ability to partner closely with business leaders has consistently delivered sustainable value and long-term impact.
