Aon Names Bhavana Chauhan as Regional Industry Leader, APAC

Aon has appointed Bhavana Chauhan as Regional Industry Leader, Asia Pacific – Hi-Tech Industry, strengthening its Talent Solutions leadership across the region.
In her new role, she will focus on deepening Aon’s industry-led talent solutions and supporting clients in navigating workforce transformation in the fast-evolving hi-tech sector.
Welcoming her to Aon, Puneet Swani, Partner and Head of Talent Solutions, Asia Pacific at Aon, said, “I am delighted to welcome Bhavana Chauhan to our Talent Solutions team as the Regional Industry Leader, APAC – Hi-Tech Industry. He added that Bhavana brings over 20 years of experience across sales, HR, consulting, client management, and the not-for-profit sector. “Her wealth of knowledge and fresh perspective will be instrumental in enhancing our industry focus and expansion, and I look forward to partnering with her,” he said.
Extensive Experience
Prior to joining Aon, Bhavana spent over five years at LinkedIn, most recently serving as Regional Business Leader for Thailand and the Philippines. Her earlier career includes leadership and consulting roles at Mercer, Mundipharma Pte Ltd, CSC, Deloitte, and Cadbury, giving her broad exposure across industries and markets.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, she holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
Known as a storyteller, public speaker, and trusted advisor, she is a quota-carrying sales professional with a strong track record of driving revenue, building high-performance teams, and anchoring solutions to complex business challenges.
An inclusion champion and active voice on the future of work and AI, Bhavana has worked extensively with multicultural global teams across developed and emerging markets. Her ability to challenge the status quo and thrive in ambiguity is expected to add significant value to Aon’s APAC Talent Solutions agenda.
