Apoorva joins Parle Biscuits as Head– Global Talent Acquisition

Parle Biscuits appoints Apoorva Chawla as Head – Global Talent Acquisition and HR, International Business.

In her new role, Apoorva will lead global talent acquisition and HR initiatives for Parle’s international business, with a focus on building scalable, future-ready people practices aligned with the company’s growth ambitions beyond India.

Her appointment is expected to further strengthen Parle’s ability to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent across international markets.

Extensive Experience

Before joining Parle Biscuits, Apoorva served as Director and Head – People Development and Business HR at Cohizon Life Sciences, where she led enterprise-wide talent and capability development initiatives.

She played a pivotal role in building a learning-oriented, future-ready organisation by partnering closely with senior leadership to shape HR strategy, drive transformation, and embed a culture centred on performance, growth, and human-centred leadership.

Over the course of her career, Apoorva has also worked with leading organisations such as Cipla, Infosys, Synapse Information Services Pvt. Ltd., and Usha International, gaining deep experience across diverse industries and organisational contexts.

Apoorva holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management, Nirma University (2011–2013), complemented by a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from the International College for Girls, Jaipur (2007–2010).

With a strong blend of strategic HR leadership, talent development expertise, and business partnering experience, she is well positioned to drive Parle Biscuits’ global people strategy.
