Ather Energy Appoints Surabhi Loshali as Chief HR Officer

Ather Energy Limited, an electric two-wheeler manufacturer, appoints Surabhi Loshali as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel, effective 5 January 2026.

In this new role, she will lead Ather Energy’s people strategy, strengthening organisational design, leadership capability, talent readiness and culture to support scalable growth in India’s fast-evolving EV ecosystem.

Extensive Experience

Surabhi brings over two decades of experience in human resources leadership, spanning diverse sectors including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, manufacturing, technology, and financial services.

Prior to joining Ather Energy, she served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Strides Pharma Science Limited, where she led people, culture and talent initiatives across multiple geographies, supporting business transformation and scale.

Earlier in her career, she held key HR leadership roles with Grant Thornton LLP, Aon and Evalueserve, gaining deep exposure across consulting, professional services and knowledge-driven organisations.

An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, she holds an MBA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (2003–2005), equipping her with strong foundation in strategic HR and industrial relations.

She also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Science and Chemical Technology from Delhi College of Engineering (1998–2002), bringing a rare blend of engineering and people leadership expertise.
