His professional journey indicates a sustained track record of constructing robust HR frameworks, aligning culture, and building organizational capability.

Underpinned by academic credentials from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, Manoj enjoys widespread recognition for his strategic depth and ability to lead large-scale people initiatives.
