Before joining Bhavna Corp., Deepak worked as Global Talent Acquisition Head at Royal Cyber Inc., where he led large-scale hiring programmes and strengthened global talent systems.
His leadership roles as Sr. Director – Global Talent, People & Culture at HiLabs and Director – Talent & Culture at apna established him as a people-centric leader known for building high-performance teams and fostering a culture of excellence.
Deepak’s earlier contributions include his tenure at UKG as Talent Acquisition Leader for Product Engineering, and his entrepreneurial experience as Founder & Director – Talent & Culture at Alpha Fortress & Talentwiser, where he crafted talent frameworks for technology-driven enterprises.
His foundational years at Samsung Electronics, Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, and FIS further enriched his capabilities in HR operations, recruitment transformation, and global workforce strategy.
