CARS24 expands Neha Bhandari’s role as Head– People & Culture
CARS24, India’s largest auto-tech company, has elevated Neha Bhandari as Head – People and Culture (Used Cars + NBFC).
In her newly expanded role, Neha will spearhead the people and culture agenda across the Retail, Wholesale, and NBFC verticals. She will build a high-impact, agile, and future-ready people ecosystem that drives business growth and fosters innovation. Previously, Neha oversaw the Wholesale and Retail verticals as Head- People & Culture.

Extensive Experience
A seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience, Neha joined CARS24 in 2024 as Head – People and Culture (Wholesale). Since then, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening people practices aligned with the company’s rapid growth and evolving business priorities.
Before joining CARS24, Neha served as Director – Human Resources at VMock, where she led strategic HR initiatives focused on talent development, culture building, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles with LexInnova, Healthians.com, Finlace Consulting & its Group Companies, Future Group, IBM and Barclays, giving her rich cross-industry exposure across consulting, technology, retail and financial services.
Neha holds a PGDBA in HR from Symbiosis and is known for her strong belief in building inclusive, high-performing workplaces that enable business transformation through people-led strategies.
