CCL Products India Appoints Srinivas Atla as CHRO

CCL Products India, a producer of premium-quality coffee, has appointed Srinivas Atla as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In his new role, he will drive HR strategy, strengthen leadership pipelines, lead workforce transformation, and build organisational capability aligned with CCL Products India’s long-term business goals.

Extensive Experience

With nearly three decades of experience in human resources, Srinivas brings deep expertise in building organisational capacity aligned with business strategy.

He is widely recognised for applying HR as a business-driving force, with a strong emphasis on equity, human resource transformation, leadership pipeline development, and competency model design.

An analytical and strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution, Srinivas combines robust business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into action.

He is also known for his multilingual communication skills, with proficiency in English, Hindi, Telugu, Oriya, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam (understanding), enabling effective engagement across diverse workforces.

Srinivas has played a pivotal role in five major mergers and acquisitions, including the integration of GE Signaling into Alstom Transport, as well as Golden, Unicorn, and Uniphos into Advanta Seeds.

His experience includes unifying HR policies and organisational values post-merger, as well as seamlessly managing the integration of over 50 expatriates across inbound and outbound assignments.

He has also led large-scale operations, including heading seven manufacturing plants at IFB, overseeing a 2,000-strong workforce in a complex multi-union environment.

Prior to joining CCL Products India, Atla held leadership roles at Titagarh, Alstom, IFB Automotive, Advanta Seeds, Lexmark International (India), and Venkys (India) Ltd.

He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Andhra University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Khallikote Unitary University, Brahmapur.
