DHL Express Elevates Anu Daga as Vice President – HR, UK

DHL Express, a global logistics company, has appointed Anu Daga as Vice President – Human Resources, effective January 2026.

Based in London, she will lead the people and culture function for DHL Express UK. Her work will focus on talent planning, leadership growth, employee experience, and strong people practices to support business growth in the UK.

Extensive Experience

Anu brings 20 years of global HR experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. She joined DHL Express in 2005, starting in roles such as Recruitment Manager and Area Resourcing Manager.

Before this elevation, most recently, she worked at DHL Global Forwarding as Global Vice President – HR, Global Shared Services, based in Mumbai. In that role, she led HR for major global operations, supported teams across regions, and strengthened shared services while keeping people plans aligned with business needs.

Earlier, she served as Senior Global Talent Development and Acquisition Manager in Bonn. There, she worked with global teams on leadership programs and hiring plans.

She has spent more than two decades with DHL Express and has held senior HR roles in the UAE and the MENA region, including Head of Organizational Development, MENA; Senior Director HR – UAE; and HR Operations Manager. In these roles, she supported business growth and helped build a strong performance culture.

Anu holds an MBA from Murdoch University, Dubai, and has also studied at the University of Wollongong in Dubai.
