FREED appoints Nilesh Kumar Sinha as Head of HR

India’s first comprehensive Debt Relief Company, FREED has appointed Nilesh Kumar Sinha as Head of Human Resources.

He is a dynamic professional with nearly over 16 years of experience in human resources. Nilesh is skilled in leading initiatives for identifying high-potential, high-performing talent within the organization while providing accelerated developmental work assignments and training opportunities.

His expertise includes formulating & implementing HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction & orientation of new employees in the organization

Prior to FREED, His earlier stints included working with Satguru Travel & Tour LLC (Time Legend IT & HR Consulting Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), Genesis Colors Pvt ltd, Airtel, and Canon India.

He started his career working with IBM DAKSH Business Process Services as Lead HR – MIS & Reporting.

Nilesh holds his Master’s in Business Administration from IMT Ghaziabad Distance Learning and completed his Graduation from Ranchi University.
