FUJITRANS Corporation names Vinay Tanwar as Head – HR, India

FUJITRANS Corporation, a global logistics and supply chain services company, has named Vinay Tanwar as Head – Human Resources for India.

In this role, Tanwar will lead people planning, hiring and growth, employee relations, and workplace effectiveness. His focus will be to support FUJITRANS’ expansion plans in India.

Extensive Experience

Tanwar has more than 15 years of experience in human resources across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain companies. Before joining FUJITRANS, he worked at Fitsol as Assistant General Manager – HR. There, he led key HR change efforts, built stronger workforce skills, and aligned people practices with business goals.

Earlier, Tanwar worked with well-known companies such as the Motherson Group, TVS Supply Chain Solutions, and India Nippon Electricals Ltd. Through these roles, he gained wide experience in hiring, labor relations, performance reviews, leadership programs, and HR process improvement across multiple sites.

He holds an MBA in HR from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar, completed between 2009 and 2011.
