Garware Fulflex Group has announced the appointment of Deo Kumar Pandey as Vice President and Global Chief Human Resources Officer.

In this new role, he will work closely with global leaders and teams to guide the group’s people strategy, build a strong people-first culture, and support steady, long-term business growth across markets.

Extensive Experience

Deo Kumar brings more than 22 years of experience in human resources leadership across large Indian and global companies.

Before joining Garware Fulflex Group, Pandey served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Knauf India. In this role, he led the overall people agenda and played a key role in supporting the company’s business progress. During his tenure, Knauf India scaled its operations significantly, with revenue growing from $30 million to $150 million.

Previously, his career includes senior HR roles at USG Boral Building Products, Carrier (formerly UTC), Walmart, Coca-Cola, and Godfrey Phillips India. He is known for aligning people strategies with business needs and supporting organizations through phases of expansion and change.

He holds an MBA in Human Resources from Maharishi International University and an LL.B in Labour Law from the University of Allahabad.

With his broad industry exposure and hands-on leadership style, he is expected to strengthen Garware Fulflex Group’s global HR function and support its business priorities across markets.
