Genpact Appoints Dinesh Jain as Global Capability Center Lead

Genpact, a global leader in agentic and advanced technology solutions, has announced the appointment of Dinesh Jain as its Global Capability Center (GCC) Lead.

Based in Mumbai, Dinesh will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s GCC vision and strengthening its ability to help global enterprises design, scale, and transform their capability center strategies.

His appointment marks a significant step in Genpact’s focus on enabling data-led transformation and agentic operations for clients worldwide.

Driving GCC Strategy, Innovation, and Value Creation

In his new role, Dinesh will define Genpact’s GCC strategy and playbooks, guiding clients across industries to establish and evolve their capability centers as strategic extensions of their global enterprises.

He will focus on helping organizations build GCCs that act as innovation engines—going beyond traditional delivery to drive engineering excellence, digital modernization, and enterprise-wide transformation.

A key part of his mandate includes advising enterprises on scaling, restructuring, or carving out GCCs to unlock higher value creation.

Dinesh brings extensive experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, and GCC delivery, having collaborated closely with multinational organizations to architect, operationalize, and expand their global centers.

His expertise positions him to help Genpact clients build future-ready models that integrate talent, technology, data, and processes. Before joining Genpact, Dinesh led Accenture Technology GCC Solutions and Offering from Mumbai.

Over his career, he has held senior leadership positions spanning technology strategy, transformation, enterprise architecture, and global delivery—experience that now strengthens Genpact’s advisory and transformation capabilities in the GCC domain.
