HPE Elevates Meera Jagadish as Sr. Director & Regional Head– HR, India & APJ
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has elevated Meera Jagadish to the role of Senior Director and Regional Head – Human Resources for India and the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region, effective March 2026.
In her expanded leadership role, Meera will lead HR strategy and people programs for more than 28,000 employees across 14 countries.
She believes the greatest strength of any organization is its people. As Regional HR Leader for India and APJ at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), she will support a high-performing team. In this role, she will align HR practices with business goals across Engineering, R&D, Sales, Services, Operations, and corporate teams to drive results.
Extenensive Experience
Prior to this elevation, Meera served as Senior Director – Human Resources for HPE Networking from November 2023 to March 2026, based in Bengaluru.
Earlier, she was Senior Director and Head HR for Edge, CTO, and GreenLake Cloud Services (India) between 2019 and 2023. She has also held leadership roles at Aruba (a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company), where she served as Director – Human Resources for over seven years.
With more than two decades of HR experience, Meera’s career includes stints at Magma Design Automation, SiRF Technology, and Accenture, among others.
She holds a PGDBA in HR Administration and Personnel Management from Indian Institute of Management and Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from NMKRV College for Women.
